Shipping Time: Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Typically, this takes 10-15 business days, although actual shipping times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to easily locate your product directly from our website at any time using our tracking page. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Doggo Haven is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Undeliverable Packages: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
